By accessing or using services provided by Valhalla IT (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Valhalla IT provides IT services including but not limited to:

  • Managed IT services

  • Network and infrastructure support

  • Cybersecurity services

  • Remote monitoring and maintenance

Services may be provided under separate written agreements.

3. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

While we take a proactive approach to maintaining system stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any system or network.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain valid licenses for software

  • Follow security best practices

  • Promptly report issues

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Valhalla IT shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services within the previous 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party vendors. We are not responsible for failures caused by those providers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Services are misused

  • Payment obligations are not met

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
