Response Times
Response times are based on:
Issue severity
Service level agreements (if applicable)
No guaranteed response time unless defined in contract.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Maintain backups (unless managed by Valhalla IT)
Keep systems accessible
Approve required updates
Maintain proper licensing
Data Responsibility
Unless explicitly contracted:
Clients are responsible for their own data backups and recovery.
Security Disclaimer
Valhalla IT implements best practices but:
No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Third-Party Dependencies
Services rely on:
Internet providers
Cloud vendors
Hardware manufacturers
Failures in these systems are outside our control.
