Scope of Services

  • Patch management

  • System maintenance

Specific services are defined in client agreements.

Response Times

Response times are based on:

  • Issue severity

  • Service level agreements (if applicable)

No guaranteed response time unless defined in contract.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Maintain backups (unless managed by Valhalla IT)

  • Keep systems accessible

  • Approve required updates

  • Maintain proper licensing

Data Responsibility

Unless explicitly contracted:

Clients are responsible for their own data backups and recovery.

Security Disclaimer

Valhalla IT implements best practices but:

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Third-Party Dependencies

Services rely on:

  • Internet providers

  • Cloud vendors

  • Hardware manufacturers

Failures in these systems are outside our control.
