Zenith Fitness ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
2. Data We Collect
a) Account Data
When you create an account, we collect:
Email address — used solely for authentication and account recovery
Display name — used to personalize your in-app experience
b) Health & Fitness Data (User-Provided)
All health data is entered voluntarily by you and stored securely:
Workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, duration)
Nutrition logs (meals, calories, macros)
Body measurements (weight, body fat %, circumferences)
Personal fitness goals
This data is stored under your account and is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
c) Performance & Diagnostics Data
To ensure the app functions correctly, we may collect anonymous, non-identifiable technical data, including:
App crash reports
Load times and performance metrics
Feature usage frequency (e.g., which screens are visited)
Error logs
This data cannot be used to identify you. It contains no health data, no personal details, and no device identifiers linked to your identity. It is used exclusively to:
Fix bugs and crashes
Improve app stability
Optimize performance
3. What We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect or share:
Location data
Contacts or address book data
Camera or microphone data (beyond optional barcode scanning, which is processed locally on-device and never stored)
Browsing history
Any data for advertising or marketing purposes
Any data sold to third parties
4. Data Storage & Security
All personal and health data is stored securely on Base44's infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Your health and fitness data is accessible only to your authenticated account.
No employee or third party has routine access to your personal health records.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal or health data with any third parties, advertisers, or data brokers — ever.
The only exceptions would be:
Legal compliance: If required by law or valid legal process
Account security: To prevent fraud or protect user safety
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to:
Access all data associated with your account at any time within the app
Delete your account and all associated data permanently via Settings → Account → Delete Account
Export your data upon request by contacting us
Upon account deletion, all personal data, health logs, and associated records are permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.
7. Children's Privacy
Zenith Fitness is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Apple HealthKit
Zenith Fitness does not currently integrate with Apple HealthKit. If this changes in a future update, this policy will be updated accordingly, and explicit user consent will be requested before any HealthKit access.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
